⚠️ IMPORTANT NOTE : Examination & Certification Fee: ₹3,990/- Payment of the prescribed ₹3,990/- Examination & Certification Fee is mandatory before appearing in the CHPR Examination. Candidates who have not completed the required fee payment will NOT be granted permission to participate in the examination. No examination access will be provided until the payment requirement has been fulfilled. Candidates are advised to complete the payment and retain their UPI Transaction/Reference Number for verification.

Examination Pattern

9 subjects × 20 questions = 180 questions.

5 marks per question • Maximum 900 • Pass mark 50% (450).

Questions are randomized for every attempt.

Eligibility

As specified by the requester: medical practitioners, registered or non-registered, including Optometry, Physiotherapy, MSW, ANM, GNM, D.Pharm, B.Pharm and M.Pharm candidates.

Result • Certificate • CHPR registration for 2 years • 1 Medal • 1 Award Trophy (“Dr. B.C. Roy Manav Seva Award”).
